What is the ProStrakan strategy for growth? The growth strategy is to build a cash-generative, profitable, and sustainable pharmaceutical company. The four elements of growth are expanding pan-European sales & marketing organization; selective in-licensing; continuing to build R&D pipeline; and expanding geographically in the mid-term.

Where do you sell your products? ProStrakan is an international company currently selling products throughout the EU and, through partnering arrangements, commercializing products in other parts of the world, including the US beginning in 2008.

Financial reporting

When does ProStrakan report results? In accordance with UKLA regulations, ProStrakan publishes interim and preliminary results within 90 days of the end of the period under review. ProStrakan's financial year runs from January to December.

What is the company's dividend policy? It is the Board's intention during the current phase of the Group's development to retain any future distributable profits for use in the business. The Directors do not anticipate declaring any dividends for the foreseeable future.

What is ProStrakan's official accounting currency? GBP sterling.
